Coffee and what it means to Brazilians.

The name for Breakfast in Brazilian Portuguese is "Café da Manhã". So there we have it already "coffee" inserted itself in the first meal of the day, whether you like it or not. With a strong and bitter taste, the coffee is consumed daily during breakfast, after meals (often served as a courtesy in restaurants) and as the British have their afternoon tea, the Brazilians have their afternoon coffee. Mixed with milk, seasoned with sugar or even pure, coffee is a popular drink in the life of Brazilians. Traditionally the coffee is served to guests, be it at home, at the barber, in a shop or in the office, you will even see people vending coffee on the beach. Coffee is a “national mania”.
